Arass Hotel & Business Flats - Antwerp

Really loved the spacious rooms and convenient tram stop right outside! The kitchen was super helpful for making meals, though the worn decor could use some updates. Solid value for exploring Antwerp!

The rooms are well-equipped and luxurious with comfy beds. The staff are helpful, we greatly enjoyed them.

The hotel was located near train station and city center, shopping streets and the restaurant. The location of the venue was decent - at a moderate distance from Antwerp-Central railway. It also was close to public transport...

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The kitchen was equipped for cooking meals.

The room is large with a table and seats. We enjoyed to take the breakfast at 2 in the room. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable

The fridge in the room was noisy (when the compressor was running). It was not easy to find the various switches.

The bed was comfortable, after a long drive. Hotel is very good connected to antwerp zoo, only 5 minutes walk:)))

Had a big, comfy apartment with lovely views, but paying a €250 deposit was a shocker! The kitchen lacked basics like a kettle, a bummer.

The room was much bigger than I expected. It had a kitchenette (which I did not expect) including dishes and a full size refrigerator and a stove. This is extremely nice and convienient as soon as you realize that there is a very large grocery store directly across the street. The room also has a full size bathtub instead of one of those shower stalls like you usually find in european hotels. All staff members were very nice.

The room seemed kind of cold. I could not get the heater to work although I did not call to the front desk for any instructions. So, I may not have been operating it correctly?

The location is great, just a short walk to the main sights, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I loved having paid parking available too. Nice cozy apartment and the check-in was pretty smooth. I would totally recommend it!

Close to metro, train station and supermarket. Reasonably priced, clean apartment.

Having a bidet in a different room to the toilet was unusual!

Check the cooling device. No information, that in 3bed room the mini-kitchen does not exist.

The studio apartment was massive with a comfortable bed, complemented by a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. A highlight was the large balcony overlooking the city, perfect for enjoying views. Easy access to public transport and nearby shops were nice, although I did find the reception hours limited, which can be inconvenient for those working late.

Close to Central station, hot meal for breakfast, possibility to have kitchenette in your room, good value for money if you need to spend 1-2 days. Supermarket is on the opposite site of the street, free WiFi

Too noisy (we have room with windows to central street and windows did not help - we could not sleep!). Room is big but not cozy. Although we had "strictly non-smoking room" smoking smell was very strong when we entered the room.

Far from historic centre. Sparse surrounding neighbourhood. Not many facilities, ie: no pool, garden, ice machine. Not great service from staff. No technical staff to correct problems off hours.
